Michael T. Pope is a seasoned engineering professional and U.S. Army veteran known for driving results through clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and collaborative team leadership. As Regional Manager at Oller Engineering, he oversees a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects across Greater Houston, leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes while fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.

Bringing over two decades of experience spanning military leadership, industrial project management, and private sector engineering, Michael leverages his broad expertise to bridge technical execution with long-term business objectives. His prior role as Deputy District Commander (Lieutenant Colonel - Retired) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in South Korea, combined with his involvement in major capital expansions within the pulp and paper industry, underscores his ability to lead complex initiatives and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
