Rowdy Dailey

EIT | Design Engineer III

Rowdy brings additional experience in water and wastewater treatment to OEI. Before completing his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler,  Rowdy was a water operator for the City of Mineola. He currently holds a Ground Water Treatment Operator C and a Wastewater Treatment Operator C license through the TCEQ. Rowdy is an active member of ASCE, AWWA, and TWUA.  

Rowdy has joined OEI’s team to extend OEI’s outreach in Central Texas. His home is in Hamilton, Texas, and he looks forward to providing “boots-on-the-ground” service to OEI’s Waco Regional office. Rowdy brings a broad understanding of Texas Infrastructure including water distribution system design, wastewater collection design, and groundwater treatment plant design. From initial construction planning to CAD Designs to specification review, Rowdy approaches his designs with an operator-first mentality.
